Rosé 2023

This rosé (90% Garnacha, 10% Monastrell) has a beautiful rose gold color, captivating the eye immediately. The nose is aromatic, offering an enticing bouquet of wild raspberry, watermelon, rhubarb and wet stone. On the palate, the wine continues to delight with fresh flavors of raspberries complemented by light citrus notes, all wonderfully framed by a nice acidity. It is light and refreshing yet possesses layers of complexity and a pleasing textural mouthfeel.
La Vina GSM 2021

A Blend of 31% Garnacha, 23% Syrah, and 46% Monastrell. This wine was aged in a mix of concrete and neutral French oak puncheons. The Monastrell brings structure to the wine, the Garnacha adds an element of elegance, and the Syrah gives additional backbone and texture to the blend. This wine has dynamic aromatics of blackberry and raspberry, plum, herbal notes, dark cocoa, and earth. The palate is full and gives way to flavors of black fruits, green olive, and subtle orange peel. The tannins are very smooth and polished with a nice long finish.
Monastrell 2020

Tempranillo 2022

This wine opens with aromas of blackberry, boysenberry, leather, and light baking spices. On the palate it is medium to full bodied, structured, and balanced with more dark fruit flavors, licorice, dried herbs, and a slight earthiness. The tannins are round and mouth coating with a long finish.
Salto De Fe 2021

This is our 3rd bottling of this wine. A unique Spanish inspired red blend of 48% Tempranillo, 35% Graciano and 17% Petit Verdot. Crafted to be bold , complex and age worthy. On the nose, it reveals captivating aromas of leather, mulberry, dark cherry and violets. The palate unfolds with striking complexity of dark plum, boysenberry, and subtle hints of dried tea leaves. Full-bodied with well rounded tannins, the wine offers a long, satisfying finish.
Gabriel’s Horn 2022

This bottling of the Gabriel’s Horn is an equal blending of Cabernet Sauvignon (51%) and Syrah (39%) and (10%) petit Verdot. It’s bold, rich and textured. The nose shows aromas of dark blackberries, black plum, cherry and a touch of black pepper. The medium to full bodied palate has firm but well integrated tannins framing a juicy core of ripe black fruit. A youthful wine that delivers now but will develop with bottle age.
