AVA: Columbia Valley
Blend: 48% Tempranillo, 24% Graciano, 18% Petit Verdot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

Each varietal was aged separately for 14 months prior to blending.
Cooperage: 16 months in French oak barriques. 25% new oak
Bottled: February 2024
Production: 90 cases
Winemaker notes: Salto De Fe (Leap of Faith) is our take on a “Modern Reserva” Rioja. Tempranillo is the dominate grape in Spain and here we used it as the main component and structural framework of the blend. Aged over a year in French oak with extended bottle aging, this wine is dark, rich, and beautifully structured. Aromas of dark cherry, plum, mulberry and violet unfold alongside notes of vanilla, licorice, and leather. The palate is full and velvety, with polished tannins and a long, persistent finish. Crafted for power and balance, this wine will continue to evolve gracefully for years to come.
